About
Built by someone running four small businesses.
IntentScoring is a Valor Hart LLC product. One founder, no investors, no sales team. The scoring engine existed before the company did, because the alternative cost more than building it.
Why this exists
Valor Hart runs four operating businesses. Every one of them needs the same thing on a Sunday afternoon: a list of businesses worth calling on Monday, with a reason attached to each name.
The tools that promise that start at $59 a seat, or $167 a month, or an annual contract. So the work got done by hand instead: pull a list off Google Maps, read the reviews, check the website, decide who looked ready to buy. That is a real process, and a repeatable one. IntentScoring is that process written down and pointed at an API.
What it is not
It is not a database. There is no stored pile of contacts to query. Every pull is live, and every score is built from text a human could go read.
It is not an outreach tool. It does not send email, rotate inboxes, or manage a sequence. It decides who is worth the effort and then gets out of the way.
It is not finished. Hiring signals, ownership-change records, and directory membership are all in the signal catalog and none of them are wired up. In the product they read unknown and they say so on screen. That is deliberate. A scoring tool that quietly guesses is worse than no scoring tool.
Pre-launch, stated plainly
There are no customer logos on this site and no testimonials, because there are no customers yet. The engine works, the pricing is published, and the founder's name is on it. That is the whole trust stack right now.
